There are no smiles or laughter when they practice the line formation. They look like a robot that takes order without questioning it. This is surely killing their creativity sooner or later. However, thinking is one of the key in being a creative person. Just by doing that makes creative people think that they are a living person.
In my opinion, there is one thing that a creative person must have. Remember when you are little you feel that nothing is impossible? However, as time goes by and you are starting to grow up, later you know that there are many things that are impossible to do. Creative people should be able to think the impossible way like children do. Therefore, creative people can be mature yet immature at the same time.
